20th year of making happy clients in and around Austin!
As we start our twentieth year of servicing businesses and residential clients in and around Austin, Texas we find ourselves having to do a price increase. Our last price increase was almost 6 years ago and after calling around to our competition, we find that the going rate for non-contract tech support is around $125 per hour.
We appreciate all of our happy clients so we will not be asking for the top rate or even the second or third highest we found even though we are faster, smarter, and more customer service driven than any of them.
Our price increase, which will start on January 2nd, 2020 will be as follows:
- Inhouse: $100 per hour with no minimum
- Onsite: $115 per hour with a one-hour minimum
- Remote: $110 per hour with a 30-minute minimum
- Website: $115 per hour with no minimum
We will continue to give $10 off per hour for all of our non-profit clients because we appreciate everything that they do for the community.
